About LIMKOKWING University Malaysia: the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (referred to as LUCT, LKW or just Limkokwing) is a private international university with a presence across Africa, Europe, and Asia. With its main campus in Malaysia, the university has over 30,000 students from more than 150 countries.
The Limkokwing Institute of Creative Technology (as it was known then) was established to play an active role enabling much-needed technology transfer in the area of creative education. The Institute had started to create strategic links with reputable and well-established universities and colleges in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. At the same time, the Institute had forged strong connections with industry to provide guidance and support to enable the right environment of learning to students.

English Language requirement for admission in LIMKOKWING University: All international students who are going to apply for LIMKOKWING university are required to have Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOFEL) or the test administered by the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with the minimum required score below for different levels of study

NOTE: If you do not have the above English language qualifications, you can sit for LIMKOKWING English placement test when you arrive in Malaysia. If you pass the placement test, you would have met the minimum English requirement and start your study at LIMKOKWING University Malaysia. However, if you have NOT passed the LIMKOKWING placement test, you will be required to do a compulsory English course at LIMKOKWING University.

Accommodation at Limkokwing University: there are 2 types of accommodation for LIMKOKWING students, which are On-campus accommodation and Off-campus accommodation.
On-campus accommodation: this type of accommodation is in university and provided by the university itself, On-campus is limited and is subject to availability. Places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Limkokwing Hostel is one of the popular On-campus accommodations for Limkokwing students.
Off-campus accommodation: this type of accommodation is outside and near to university under LIMKOKWING Management.

Price: All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit per month one student and it is depending on the room size and facilities provided. The rooms are lent to students on a single or twin sharing basis. Upon check-in to the accommodation students are required to pay a 2-month deposit and 1-month rental with respective cover charges. Deposit: deposit for each type of accommodation is 2 times of rental, for example, if your rental is RM 500 per month, your deposit will be RM 1000 which is refundable when you want to vacate the room or apartment. |

Eagle Nest Ville is the ultimate student accommodation in Cyberjaya as off-campus accommodation. It is a fully-furnished, purpose-built accommodation with separate male and female blocks and high-security presence for students’ peace of mind.
Eagle Nest comes with all the amenities a student needs. It is a great place to relax and socialize after a hard day of study. All rooms are fully furnished, which include the following:
wardrobe, water heater, air condition, study table, sofa, for the lounge, dining table, refrigerator, microwave, bed (with a bed sheet, pillow, and blanket), towel, curtain and Internet access.

Distance: Distances from Accommodation to universities are in Kilometers (KM). LIMKOKWING provides a free shuttle bus service from the accommodation which leaves on an approximately half-hourly basis. Please be sure to show your transport card to the bus driver to use the service. Price: all prices are in Malaysian Ringgit per month one student and it’s depending on the room size and facilities provided. The rooms are lent to students on a single or twin sharing basis.
